Happy Wellness Wednesday! 🤩 Brighten up your breakfast with this delicious and nutritious, 🌈✨Tropical Oatmeal Bowl✨🌈 This recipe will make you want to ditch your traditional oatmeal, and get creative 🤔 it's packed with #plantbased protein and oh so yummy! Oatmeal is a great source of whole grains, and soluble fiber. Did you know that the proper serving size for oatmeal is 1/2 cup COOKED? 😯That's why it's important to pair your oatmeal with something else like fruit 🥝🥭🍓 . Fruit is not the enemy! 🙅🏻‍♀️ Constantly I have clients tell me that they can't eat fruit because they are diabetic. THIS IS NOT TRUE‼️ I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT TRUE‼️I can't emphasize this enough! Fruit has its place in your diet just like all the other food groups. The most important thing is just to be mindful of the serving sizes and amount of carbohydrates. I promise you, all foods can fit into your healthy eating lifestyle. .

Ingredients 1/2 Cup Organic Gluten Free Oats 3/4 Cup Good Karma Unsweetened Flax Milk + Protein 🥛 1 Kiwi Sliced 🥝 1 Mango Sliced 🥭 Strawberries 🍓 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds


Directions

1. Place flax milk and oats in a medium size pot. Turn heat to medium/high and cook for 10 minutes. Or until oatmeal is thicken to your liking.

2. Place in a bowl immediately and add desired amount of fruits, chia, and hemp seeds.

3. Serve and enjoy this energy filled breakfast!
