This recipe is so simple, in less than 10 minutes, and 9 ingredients later, you might have your new favorite breakfast idea!🤩

Now Let's Talk About Bananas 🍌 🍌🍌 For some reason they are given a bad reputation 🤨 Often I hear "oh no I can't eat bananas they have too much sugar, I am a diabetic, or trying to loose weight" MYTH!🙅🏻‍♀️ . Bananas are just like any other fruit, yes they contain carbohydrates and sugars. 🍎Apples and 🍌Bananas actually both contain 14 grams of sugar, but it's naturally occurring NOT ADDED! Fruit also has Fiber, Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants, which are all needed for your body to function properly. . So next time your thinking about not eating a banana or any other kind of fruit, because of something you heard, just remember these facts from a Registered Dietitian😅




Ingredients

2 Bananas

1 Cup Good Plants Non-Dairy Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 cup Strawberries

1/4 cup Peanut Butter

1/4 cup Gluten Free Granola

1/3 Cup Almonds

4 Teaspoons Hemp Seeds

2 Teaspoons Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 Tablespoon Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Directions

1. Peel bananas, use a knife to cut a slit down the center of each to create an opening without completely slicing through the banana.

2. Add peanut butter, then non-dairy yogurt, granola, strawberries, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes.

3. Serve Fresh and Enjoy!
