Orange Ginger Tofu with Zucchini Noodles

Updated: Apr 1, 2020

For those of you who have never tried Tofu you need to try this recipe ASAP! It's only takes 20 minutes and just 5 ingredients! 🤩 You might be wondering what in the world is Tofu?! Well Tofu is just soy beans and water formed into a curd. It is used mainly in Asian Cusine. It's packed with plant based protein, low in fat, and a great source of Calcium and vitamin D. 💪🏼 Asian Cuisine is my absolute favorite! Mainly because the majority of Asian dishes are naturally #dairyfree so that means I can go crazy and choose whatever I want 🙌🏼 The combination of the flavors and tons of vegetables are so tasty!😌
