Saturday mornings are for experimenting with new breakfast ideas 🤔 Having food allergies, it can be tough to find different healthy breakfast options.

Luckily this CHA CHA CHIA Pudding is #allergyfriendly 🙌🏼 Its so simple to make and only contains 8 whole ingredients😅which provides soluble fiber, plant based protein, and delicious flavors 😋

I used @ripplemilk which one serving contains 8g of #plantbased pea protein 🌱😱

Chia Seed Benefits

Chia Seeds are considered to be a SUPERFOOD! These little seeds have amazing benefits for your health. They are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, which help raise the "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels in your body. Just one ounce of chia seeds contains 5.6 grams of protein, 11 grams of fiber! They are also a great source of the micronutrients iron, and calcium. This is important because if you don't consume dairy products, chia seeds can help meet your daily requirements of calcium and iron. What I love most about chia seeds is that they are versitle. They can be added, smoothies, salads, cereals, yogurt, and almost anything you are baking.

2 Jars


Ingredients


Layer 1 Chia Pudding

6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

2 Cups Ripple Original Pea Protein Milk

1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Layer 2

Pink Dragonfruit Smoothie

1 Banana

1/4 Cup Blueberries

1/2 Dragonfruit

1/2 Cup Ripple Original Pea Protein Milk

1/2 Cup Ice


Topping

Blueberries (Optional)


Directions

1.Mix all the chia pudding ingredients together in a mason jar. Make sure to stir well.

2. Allow to soak for 30 minutes or more depending on how thick you want the pudding to be. Stir in between to avoid clumps. For the best outcome let pudding sit overnight in the fridge.

3. Add all ingredients for dragonfruit smoothie in a blender. Blend on high until it has thickened. If it's not thickening add more ice.

4. Add dragonfruit smoothie to the top of chia pudding in mason jar. Add Blueberries or fruit desired on top.
